Nearly three years after Haiti's earthquake left 1.5 million people without homes, nearly 400,000 are still living in camps. On October 25, Hurricane Sandy brought heavy rains for more than twenty-four hours. Official reports are that nine people died related to the storm, and experts are already preparing for a major spike in cholera-related illness and death.
